in USA/UK through Lead Generation,
Market Information Analysis, Competition
Knowledge and Tele-Calling.
- Participate
in E-mail sales communications,
Tele- calls to support Sales and
Bus. Dev.
- Research
prospect and customer business positions
from the perspective of competing
companies, relevant sites/marketing
ideas and applicable sites.
- Deliver such
research to Bus. Dev Executives
& Account Managers as value-add.
- Transfer
customer/prospect knowledge and
understanding to Bus. Dev. Exec
and Account Managers.
- Assist in
establishing target customer descriptions
for each selling channel, work with
sales to understand that profile,
and work to ensure that all campaigns
are structured towards those targets.
- Would carry
activity and productivity target.
- Experience:
- 2+ years
in the related field.
- Understanding
of and exposure to International
Technology Solution sales.
- Must have
worked BPO, Tele-calling campaigns
in pre-sales/marketing support roles.
- Understanding
of IT Sales & Marketing in the US/UK
Market is added value.
- Job-related Skills:
- Good command
over customer presales tele-calling.
- Good verbal
communication and negotiation skills.
- Some Technology
orientation.
- Decent understanding
of Technology solutions in a business
context.
- Good understanding
of Internet and Web.
- Ability to
present technology in non-technical
terms.
- Ability to
dissect customer needs and present
them to internal resources.
- Management/Personal
Skills :
- Excellent
spoken and written English (preferably
western English).
- Credible personality.
Strong skills using Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.
- Tests, Certification:
- Technical/
Basic Graduation.
- Some Qualification
on Software/ Technical useful.
- Marketing/Management
Qualification could be helpful.
- Pay Range (Rs):
- Rs. 15,000
per month +performance incentives.
